Bananas Foster Squares
I personally think that bananas and chocolate are a match made in heaven. I also have a deep love for Creole/Cajun cuisine. So after having the thought roll around in my head for awhile, these delicious squares were created.
The bottom is a layer of cinnamon cardamom caramel, which is then topped with a white chocolate ganache. The ganache is made with fresh banana, cinnamon, cardamom, dark molasses, bananas 99 liqueur, and dark rum. The squares are then dipped in white chocolate and topped with crushed bourbon candied pecans.
