Initially made exclusively for the tea set of truffles, these are now available on their own.
Fair trade certified ruby chocolate ganache made with English breakfast tea, fresh squeezed blood orange juice, and local Deviation Blood Orange Gin. The centers are hand rolled, hand dipped in ruby chocolate, and garnished with candied blood orange peel.
